FORMULA OF CONFERENCE
Multiplane presentation technical and technological achievements in the scope of construction and exploitation of mining equipment, with aspects of complete automation of longwall systems and transportation systems.
Subject of conference includes law system concerning permission to using. There will be presented lectures including construction solutions for safety improvement.
Moreover it forecasts that there will be presentations of firms, with their shows and exhibitions.

CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS
We invite to participation in conference from the country and abroad:

• mining supervision,
• users and producers of mining equipment,
• company representatives executing diagnostics, repairs and renovations mining equipment,
• scientific - research outposts.

CONFERENCE SUBJECT RANGE
Conference subject will include devices for coal exploitation, loading and transport machines:

• Law and technical conditions of safety exploitation of mining equipment,
• Exploitation, diagnostics and repairs
• Safety, protection and monitoring of work environment
• Directions and tendencies of developing of construction and selection machines for exploitation.

Presentation of producers of coal and repair firms of mining equipment.

4 sessions of conference are forecasted, in them between 6 - 8 lectures - 20 minutes per 1 lecture under the Presidents patronage of: KW S.A., KHW S.A., PKW S.A., JSW S.A., LW “Bogdanka”, KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

GUIDELINES FOR LECTURE AUTHORS

1. Lecture abstract in English cannot cross ½ A4 page, font Arial 12 point, interline 1, standard margins, file format *.doc, Lecture abstracts we will use as materials for session leaders.
2. Lecture text – maximum 10 pages, with draws, tables, literature – format A4, font Arial 12 point, interline 1, standard margins. Conference materials after positive review will be published as monograph book and on CD.
3. Abstracts and lectures should be sent by e-mail or on CD by post.
4. At the beginning of abstract please write authors personal data (scientific degree, name & surname, name of workplace, address, phone and e-mail).
5. Company advertisement in conference materials according to sent exemplar for print in full color – 1 page A4.
6. Promotional lecture – company advertising (speech during conference time – to 20 minutes).
7. Area reservation for advertising stand, which exhibitor organizes by his own project, additional area for negotiations.
